First off, I just LOVE your blog. Your blog makes me happy. I love that you have so many animals and are so caring. These pets are SO lucky to have you as their owner. I love the dress that Lily is wearing. Just so dang cute. In answer to your question, I have 1 cat. His name is Klondike. I’ll have to do a blog post on him some time.

Sounds like you have a full house too. We have a few more companion animals…like to russian tortoises…and more Will save that for another blog posts.

I knew I loved your blog for a reason (and you!). Your fur kids are precious and I just want to say that you guys are amazing pet parents.

Currently we have 2 adopted cats (the 10 month old just broke & fractured his leg yesterday morning jumping out of my arms). Freak accident and almost $2000 later we have a kitty who is in a dog crate for the next 8 weeks with a pin in his leg. Poor thing, we will go to cold laser therapy M, W, F for the next two weeks. THEN he’ll have surgery to get the pin out and we’ll have recovery period from that.

And when we adopted him, he had a badly infected tongue which we had to take care of as well. Never a dull moment.

We also have a Blue & Gold Macaw and turtle. Used to have another cat and Basset Hound (he had major health issues too).

There was no doubt in our mind that we would choose this surgery for him. We just have to work a bit harder to pay it off. The way I look at it…if you are going to have pets, you better be able to take care of them.

All absolute beauties. You’re fortunate to have so many furry friends in your life! I had a dog for 14 years who I loved very very much. She passed four years ago, and we haven’t gotten another because our schedules would be unfair to the dog. (But how I’d love a puppy!!) Someday…

We have a chihuahua, too!
And who cares if you Viking from a pet store – he needed a home just as much as any other pup. What a fun house!
